Innovative Collaboration

Community of Shared Destiny

Companies that place special emphasis on intellectual property rights may establish a strategic alliance or a “community of shared destiny” with our firm in the following ways:

  1. Equity-Based Collaboration
Based on the company’s capitalization and our own assessment, our firm may subscribe to 0.01%, 0.1%, or 1% or more of the company’s shares. In return, the company entrusts its IP and/or legal services to our firm.

  2. Internal Drafting, External Filing
The company’s R&D engineers are trained by our firm to draft Chinese or English patent specifications in-house. Our firm then handles filing procedures internationally, charging only a service fee for submission.
The training fees are paid in the form of company shares, with contractual obligations to hold the shares long-term.

  3. Joint R&D Participation and Revenue Sharing
Our firm participates in the company’s internal R&D process and helps convert the resulting innovations into patents. Based on the extent of our contribution, both parties may agree on a percentage of future revenue to be shared.

  4. Combination of the Above Models
The above collaboration models may be flexibly combined to suit different business needs.
